SwimMark Club

The CSC Welfare Team fully acknowledge that they are unable to deal with eventuality and if an issue is particularly complex, the club will call upon the professional support of the Swim England Safeguarding and Welfare Team.

Mental health for all members is our priority and evidence shows that taking part in physical activity can have a profound and postitive impact on mental well-being.

Being physically active can improve mood, decrease the chance of depression and anxiety and lead to a better and more balanced lifestyle.
